The Yerevan Branch of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics serves as an educational, methodological, research, innovation, and cultural center. It is committed to providing high-quality education to everyone, regardless of their place of residence, enabling students to participate fully and effectively in professional and public life in today’s information-driven society.
The Branch implements joint innovative projects and promotes cooperation in education between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia.

- Russian-Armenian Center for Russian Language and Culture, established jointly with the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Yerevan

- Cisco Networking Academy, established with the support of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Armenia
- Virtual Reality Laboratory
Library and Digital Resources
The Branch has a modern library offering Armenian, Russian, and international academic literature across all areas of study.
The library includes a dedicated reading room, and its collection is regularly updated with new publications and educational materials.
Students also have access to an extensive digital library that is continuously updated with the latest publications, monographs, research papers, and academic works, including publications of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
The digital library can be accessed both on campus and remotely through a web interface, giving students full access to the University’s electronic library resources.
Learning Facilities and Student Support
To support both education and research, the Branch is equipped with a modern local network infrastructure, computer laboratories, specialized laboratories, and multifunctional multimedia classrooms.
A medical office is also available on campus, providing outpatient assistance to students and staff who require urgent medical support. The office is equipped with the necessary medicines and medical equipment.
Each year, the Branch carries out initiatives related to immunization, health education, hygiene awareness, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

The sports complex includes a sports hall and fitness facilities equipped with gym apparatus, a treadmill, an exercise bike, and other training equipment.
